I studied screen printing in the 1980's but because I did not have a studio at that stage it was not practical to try to produce works in the kitchen of a small house. In 2008 I came across a file of screen prints form the 80's and used them with collage to make 'new' art.
The first art I practiced was photography and while I am fairly haphazard in my approach to taking photos these days, I still on occasions use the medium.
I first studied ceramics at Nowra Technical College evening class, and then at the National Art School. Recently I have built a new ceramic studio at my home on the South Coast.
Matej Andraž Vogrinčič ’s Car Park - Members Only A Documentary Is an installation that was created from a photo-documentary made of an Adelaide Festival public art work. It was shown at the Shoalhaven City Arts Centre in 2011
